Rooms are separated by gender on different floors-female-only on the first floor, male-only on the upper floor-with a common area on the ground level.

The host, Ocean, regularly organizes shared dinners, karaoke nights, and Korean barbecue gatherings for guests. A dedicated WhatsApp group allows travelers to coordinate evening plans and daytime excursions. The common area on the lower ground floor is separated from the bedrooms, so late-night socializing does not disturb sleep.

Guests have access to a shared kitchen stocked with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and pans. A basement room provides desks for remote work with strong WiFi throughout the building. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided daily at no extra cost.

The guesthouse sits on a quiet, tree-lined street in Mapo-gu, a 10-minute walk from Hapjeong Station on Subway Line 2. An express bus from Incheon Airport stops nearby, and Hongdae's nightlife and shopping district is a 18-minute walk away.
